When we first stepped into this home, we knew it was something special. Already living in Mudgeeraba, we didn't want to leave the area we loved so much-but we needed more space. This home ticked every box. Elevated, open, and with a wonderful flow, it felt like a retreat the moment we walked through the door.

Over the years, we've come to appreciate just how many spaces bring joy here. The lounge room offers sweeping views over the mountains, while the main bedroom feels like a haven, with its outlook over the pool and beyond. But most of all, our family has spent countless hours outdoors. Some of our fondest memories have been created right here-watching our granddaughters play in the backyard and learn to swim in the pool, celebrating family milestones, and simply enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars. In summer, morning swims and poolside dinners made every day feel like a holiday. In winter, sitting by the fire pit watching the sun melt into the horizon was nothing short of magic.

What you may not notice straight away is just how peaceful and private this property is. The backyard feels tucked away, shielded from neighbours, so you can truly relax and unwind in your own sanctuary.

If we could take one thing with us, it would be the memories we've created here, the amazing outdoor entertaining area and the incredible views.
