A Heartfelt Letter from the Owners
When we first discovered this home, we were immediately drawn to its perfect location-nestled quietly between Robina Town Centre and Pacific Fair, just a short drive to the beach, with walking tracks right behind the house and parks nearby. The great kindergarten at the end of the street and easy access to the M1 made it feel like an ideal place to settle down and raise a family.
Our favourite space has always been the lounge room. With its large windows, we could relax indoors while keeping an eye on the kids playing outside-a perfect blend of comfort, connection, and peace of mind.
Over the years, we've lovingly updated the home to suit our lifestyle. We installed a new bathroom, ensuite, and kitchen, freshly painted throughout, added new carpet and flooring, replaced the garage doors, and put in a new Colorbond fence. We even opened up the kitchen and dining area by removing a wall, creating a light-filled, spacious space for family gatherings. We cleared the trees in the backyard, transforming it into an open, versatile area where the kids could play and explore safely.
The home feels especially magical at certain times of the year-the house stays wonderfully cool in summer and warm in winter, making it comfortable and inviting all year round. One of the hidden benefits that visitors might not notice immediately is the loft accessed via the drop-down staircase in the garage, along with the CCTV system that gives us extra peace of mind.
This house has been the backdrop for some of our most cherished memories-all three of our children were born here and grew up surrounded by love, laughter, and a sense of home. Every corner holds a story, and it has truly shaped our family's life in ways we will always treasure.
